Shot peening is a mechanical process of which the principle is to throw steel balls onto a surface. After impacting the ground, they are recycled in the engine. The dust will be instantly vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner.

Shot peening consists of three steps: 

  • Cleaning and preparing the surfaces (steel, concrete and asphalt) ;

  • Removing the concrete (paint, epoxy, resin…) and;

  • Bringing the grip (roads, highways, concrete...).

 

Shot peening is an environmentally friendly technique that does not use water or chemicals.

This method, which can be implemented quickly, does not release any dust.
